Application Process

Should you wish to apply for one of our vacancies (full or part-time), please either call head office on 01692 407549, or email headoffice@newboundariesgroup.com for an application pack. Alternatively you can read the information on our webpages and apply online.

Once we receive your completed application form and equal opportunities monitoring form, your application gets passed to one of our managers for consideration. Should you still be interested in the position and are suitable for the role, you will receive either a letter, email or phone call inviting you to attend an interview.

Where possible we try to allocate new staff to their location of choice, dependent on vacancies.

  • If your interview is successful, you will be sent an initial offer letter. As all vacancies are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure, you will be asked to confirm in writing that you accept the position enclosing a cheque (we also accept cash which you can bring into the office in person. We cannot accept card payments) for £44 which covers the cost of the disclosure. This money is refunded after six months satisfactory service. Once we receive these, we can begin to process your DBS and send for references.
  • We aim to start you once we have received two satisfactory references and your DBS certificate (which will be sent directly to you). If you have joined the DBS update service we can use the certificate number to carry out the necessary check.
  • Once we have seen your original DBS certificate and have received your references, you will then be sent a confirmation letter of your start date giving details of what you need to bring with you on the first day of employment.
