New Boundaries Group Application Process
- To apply for a Support Worker position with us (either as core staff or on our team of bank support staff), please either call head office or email email@example.com for an application pack. Alternatively you can read the information on our webpage and apply online.
- Once we receive your completed application form and equal opportunities monitoring form, your application gets passed to our management team for consideration. Should you be accepted for an interview, we will write to you with a date and time of that interview which will take place at our head office in Felthorpe. In exceptional circumstances we can make alternative arrangements for the interview to take place in one of our care homes.
- After interview you will receive a letter stating if you have been successful or unsuccessful. Successful applicants will then be required to pay for the Enhanced DBS check (currently £40) which is refunded after six months’ satisfactory service. References are sent for, and an anticipated start date provided.
- Subject to a satisfactory DBS disclosure and references, you will then be sent a confirmation letter outlining details of the induction which takes place on a Monday between 9 am – 4.30 pm.
